Buffalo chicken wings are one of my all time favourite foods and the flavours make a great pasta! This pasta starts out by cooking some onions, celery and carrots, where the celery and carrots are often served on the side with the wings. A buffalo cheese sauce is made with chicken broth, buffalo hot sauce (the combination of hot sauce and butter), cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Buffalo wings are often served with a dip of blue cheese sauce or ranch sauce and so blue cheese is added to the cheese sauce along with a hit of ranch seasoning! Once the sauce is made the chicken and cooked pasta is added making for a quick, easy and tasty meal!
