I first came across this idea on Tiktok and its source seems to be Vildas restaurant in Toronto. I am a big fan of pepperoni pizza, caesar salad and sandwiches so the combination of the three of them sounded fabulous! The recipe is as easy as taking a load of bread, spreading pizza sauce over the inside, followed by mozzarella and pepperoni before baking it until the cheese has melted. A simple caesar salad is made and piled on top of the pepperoni pizza bread before turning it into a sandwich. The combination of the warm pizza sauce, melted cheese and pepperoni with the cool, crunchy and creamy caesar salad is amazing!

Love it! We’ll definitely be trying this soon!!!!
Oh Kevin, looks like you’ve really outdone yourself this time, can’t wait to try this!I
I have another interesting mash-up for you and is it ever scrumptious! If you’re ever in Rhode Island, call The Big Cheese Pub in Cranston and order a “Greek Popeye” on whole wheat. I don’t know if this exists anywhere else in history, so forgive me if it’s already known. It’s a large, flattish spinach pie served with Greek salad on the side; you add the dressing to the salad, open the pie, and stuff it with the dressed salad.
Not that this can’t be duplicated i your own kitchen, mind you!!! I think it would be really easy to duplicate, however it tastes better to me when they make it.
Saving your recipe, it sounds delicious!
