Cajun Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Cajun Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Cajun seasoned steak bites in a butter and garlic sauce that is so quick and easy that you’ll be making it all the time!

Here is a quick one-pan meal that’s just packed with flavour! Garlic and butter is a fabulous flavour combo and it goes so well with juicy and tender steak that’s seared to perfection; things only get better when you add some spicy cajun seasoning! The recipes starts out with steak, like a flank flank steak, strip loin, rib eye, etc., that’s cut into bite sized pieces, seasoned with cajun seasoning and seared in butter before adding plenty of garlic! It’s that easy! Serve it over mashed potatoes, pasta, rice, etc. along with a veggie, like asparagus or green beans sauteed in the garlic butter sauce in the same pan, and you have one really easy meal!

Your recipes are amazing. But I just have to let you know how offensive it is to us Cajuns, when someone sprinkles “cajun” seasoning on food and labels it “Cajun *insert food name here*”. There’s nothing Cajun about it. But it does look tasty! Please stop doing that though.

Cajun Jenny, I love what we northerners call Cajun food, and I love even more what they serve up in NOLA. I have been there and loved the food, and I try to replicate it from time to time. Can you explain why using homemade Cajun seasoning is offensive to you, and what I would need to do to make my attempts more authentic? Thanks much!

The recipe is very versatile and can be customized to your liking. You can add different vegetables to the sauce, such as onions, peppers, or mushrooms. You can also adjust the amount of Cajun seasoning to your taste.

This sounds absolutely delicious and perfect for busy nights. I love how you keep it simple with just one pan while still delivering big, bold flavors from the garlic, butter, and Cajun seasoning. The serving suggestions are great too sing the same pan for the veggies is a smart way to maximize flavor and minimize cleanup. Definitely a recipe that feels both easy and indulgent.
