A buffalo chicken salad with hot honey!

Hot honey buffalo chicken (link) is great all by itself and it’s also amazing in a salad! This salad is themed off of a buffalo chicken salad with lettuce, tomato, celery, carrots, blue cheese and ranch dressing (link) in addition to hot honey buffalo chicken (link).

Hot Honey Buffalo Chicken Salad

Prep Time: 20 minutes Total Time: 20 minutes Servings: 4

A buffalo chicken salad with hot honey!

ingredients
  • 1 pound hot honey buffalo chicken (link), diced (warm)
  • 6 cups lettuce, sliced
  • 1 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced
  • 1 cup carrot, diced
  • 1/4 cup green onion (or red onion), sliced
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (link) or blue cheese dressing (link)
directions
  1. Assemble salad, toss with dressing and enjoy!
Option: Add 1 large avocado, diced.
Option: Add pickled red onions (link).
Option: Add bacon!
Option: Add more hot honey!
