Feta is one of my favourite cheeses and normally I just crumble it and enjoy it, but you can also bake it! When baked, feta, for the most part, retains its shape on the outside while melting and turning creamy on the inside; perfect for mixing into a sauce, or scooping up with a spoon, cracker or vegetable! This baked feta ‘dip’ is a simple block of feta topped with chili crisp (or chili crunch), that’s baked and then topped with honey. The combination of the salty and creamy melted feta with the spicy and umami packed chili crisp and the sweet honey is simply a magical flavour combination! This dip is so easy to make that you can throw it together for any occasion, including for a New Years Eve party!

I never heard of Chili Crisp before. What is it and where do I buy it?
Chili crisp (or chili crunch) is a Chinese condiment, that is similar to chili oil, with chili pepper flakes, garlic, shallots, sesame seeds, etc. infused in oil. Lao Gan Ma is a popular version that can be found in the Asian section of your grocery store or local Asian grocer. You can also make you own and this is one of my favourites: https://alltagsgesundheit1.org/miso-chili-oil/%3C/a%3E%3C/p%3E
