Mississippi Sloppy Joes

Sloppy joes with all of the flavours of Mississippi pot roast!

Sloppy Joes are a favourite and this is a fun version based on the flavours of Mississippi pot roast. The pot roast is a simple one where you roast a piece of beef along with pepperoncini peppers and pickling juices, gravy and ranch seasoning; it’s super easy in the slow cooker and just packed with flavour! These sloppy joes include ground beef, onions, pepperoncini peppers and pickling juices, ranch seasoning and a gravy with aspects from sloppy joes such as ketchup, brown sugar, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. The recipe comes together in less than 30 minutes making it a perfect meal any time, including busy weeknights!
