These paprika pan fried potatoes are one of my go-to side dishes that I make over and over again! They are as easy to make as cutting up some potatoes and frying them in a pan in butter (or oil) with seasonings as desired; I like paprika, garlic, salt and pepper. They fry up nice and crispy golden brown on the outside and get tender on the inside! I usually have potatoes on hand so it’s easy to add a vegetable side to any meal; I especially like the fact that they are made on the stove top and I don’t need to juggle oven time with a roast!
