Feta is one of my favourite cheeses and when you puree it in a food processor it gets all nice and light, fluffy, and creamy; perfect for dips! This is a super simple whipped feta dip with pumpkin puree and a touch of honey! You can further season the dip as desired, I like some fresh thyme but cinnamon or pumpkin spice are also great! This dip makes a great appetizer for the holiday season!
