I’m a big fan of pureeing blocks of feta into a creamy dip and this one with roasted jalapenos, onion and garlic is one of my favourites! This dip is as easy to make as roasting the jalapenos, onion and garlic, throwing them into a food processor with a block of feta and pureeing it. Speaking of pureeing, you can make this dip as chunky or smooth as you like by processing it less or more! This roasted jalapeno feta dip is amazing with tortilla chips, as a spread in sandwiches, or even in salads!
